Who says Merlot’s are wimpy?

This Merlot is both earth and fruit. Currant, blackberry and cedar.
Two types of yeast were used (Rockpile and French Red). Aged in French and Hungarian oak.
With tannin and acid this Merlot can stand up to anything rich and meaty.
